We Are "On a Crusade to Bring Good Manners
Back Into Our Lives..."
Barbara Ross, Founder of Goops Unlimited
When my grandson was born, I wanted him to enjoy the
fun of learning Good Manners through the antics of "The
Goops." Our original copy of the book Goops
and How To Be Them has been in our family for over
100 years and is very worn due to generations of
love and tears.
I set out to obtain a new book to be his
very
own, totally innocent of the great adventure ahead. I
discovered a great need for children to learn proper manners,
the most important step in obtaining good self-esteem.
In 1998 I re-introduced Goops and How to Be Them, follwed by the 2005 release of A Treasury of Goops.
My journey has led me on a crusade to bring good manners back into our
lives.

Diana Camille, Illustrator of A Treasury of Goops
A Treasury of Goops is Diana's debut as an
illustrator. Also a "fine-arts" watercolorist, she shows
her work in galleries and art shows. Being a creative
person since very young, she hardly remembers a time
when she did not enjoy doing some kind of art, and
it was not until her children were in their teens that
she even began to paint! Once started in watercolors,
she hasn't put down her brush since.
Ms. Camille lives in Vancouver, WA with her family
and a myriad of pets, where she is an avid gardener.
She often finds the inspiration for her artwork in
the people, animals and gardens she tends. |
