Is there a recipe you enjoy making with your child or friend?
Would you like your recipe to be shared with a national audience, and win all sorts of fun prizes too?
Now is your chance.
In honor of the upcoming publication of the children’s baking book, Baking with Friends: Recipes, Tips, and Fun Facts for Teaching Kids to Bake, the publisher Goops Unlimited is hosting a national recipe contest for kids.
How does it work?
Simply jot down a your baking recipe, and instructions. In a sentence or two, describe why this recipe is your favorite. Submit your recipe, & a photograph of your prepared recipe by email before May 15th, 2010. No purchase is necessary and submission is free! An announcement proclaiming the winning team will be made by June 15th, 2010.
What’s in it for you?
The winner will receive a collection of cookbooks valuing $200.00, as well as gift certificates for baking products and services totaling over $500.00. Your story and your recipe will be shared with thousands of readers as an insert in the book, Baking with Friends, to be published March 2010.
