In detail, the guidelines are as follows: 1. Sign and mail my Statement of Intent to: Goops Unlimited 2. Order any product samples you would like (Nothing is required) at a 65% discount or download a full color catalog from our website for free. 3. Receive my catalog, order forms, product samples, and schedule a party, invite my friends or family to view the catalog, or other creative sales methods. 4. Take orders for Goops Unlimited products using the order forms provided by the company. 5. Obtain payment from my friends and family members for Goops Unlimited Products. b. With cash or check Note: Orders will not be shipped until customer receipts are received by Goops Unlimited. 6. Provide my customer with a receipt indicating their purchases . 7. Process order with Goops Unlimited via their Representative Sales Outlet (online) using your credit card or paypal for payment (Preferred method of payment) If you choose to pay by check please send your personal check for the total amount of products ordered, with copies of each customer order (receipt). Please be aware there may be a slight delay for your personal check to clear the bank. Note: Immediately upon placing order online, mail hardcopies of order receipts to: Goops Unlimited P.O. Box 1840 Battle Ground, WA 98604 Note: I will retain a 40% sales commision before sending payment to Goops Unlimited. Therefore, I will have immediate payment for my work. 8. Goops Unlimited will send product (allow 2 weeks) to me to distribute to my friends and family. If an item needs to be shipped elsewhere, when taking the order please collect an additional $2.00 for shipping and provide us with the address. 9. It will be my responsibility to ensure my clients receive their product in a timely fashion. 10. I have the option to continue sheduling more events and taking more orders! In closing, I state that I will in no way act in a manner that will cause detriment to the reputation of Goops Unlimited. I agree that while I am receiving a commission for the Goops Unlimited products I sell, I am not an employee of Goops Unlimited and hold no responsibility or priviledges aside from those outlined in this agreement. Once I collect payment from my clients, it is my responsibility to order the product from Goops Unlimited and distribute it among my clients once I receive it. By filling out all paperwork I am aware that I am responsible for all interaction with those who have placed the orders for Goops Unlimited products, and Goops Unlimited is not responsible for my conduct. Finally, if a Goops Unlimited Product should become unavailable after I have collected payment and made an order, Goops Unlimited will mail a refund directly to the custome. Again, I agree to all of the terms of this agreement on the date stated above.
